Vision for Life will Rebuild Your Vision

With the vision for life program you can rebuild your vision without the use of Glasses, Contacts, or Surgery.

Some highly respected doctors have stated the following about the continued use of glasses and contacts:

"The emphasis on compensatory lenses has posed a problem for many years in our examinations. These lenses do not correct anything and may not serve the patient in his best interests over a period of time." CJ. Forkiortis, OEP Curriculum

"Single-vision lenses for full-time use produce accommodative insufficiency associated with additional symptoms until the patient gets used to the lens. This is usually accompanied by a further increase in Myopia also known as “nearsightedness” or “short sightedness” and the cycle begins anew." M.H. Birnbaum, Review of Optometry.

Now, eyeglasses and Contacts are a great fix for many people, but the fact is they are a crutch.

Prescription Glasses and Contact Lenses do not repair your vision. They simply put a band-aid over the condition.

Have you ever gone in for an Eye Care Exam and had the doctor say:

"great news, your vision improved another 2 diopters looks like you need a lower prescription."

I didn't think so!

Just like your body, your eyes can be strengthened.

Specially designed optical exercises can reverse the cycle of deterioration your eyes experience everyday, and dramatically improve the clarity of your vision for life.

Here's how it works:

•Due to many stresses put upon the visual system, the use of glasses and contacts, and the natural aging process, your eyes can become weak and distorted causing Blurred Vision.

•The Vision for Life program is designed to strengthen and relax your eyes just as you would any other weak part of your body, improving your vision and helping you to see clearly -- naturally.

•This is easily achieved through a specific series of optical drills and eye exercises that stimulate these integral components of the eye in a manner that would never be achieved through normal daily use.

•You will also learn over 7 special techniques that are essential in preventing further deterioration of your eyesight and preserving your vision for life.

These optical exercises stimulate the integral components of the eye in a manner that would never be achieved through normal daily use.

They are proven to dramatically help conditions such as:
1) Aging Vision
2) Nearsighted Vision
3) Astigmatism
4) Hyperopia also known as "farsightedness" or "long sightedness"

I will try to make it short.

At Vision for Life, they provide a natural vision improvement system that is helping thousands to Improve Vision and restore their vision without glasses, contacts, or surgery.

The program compiles more than 75 years of scientific research dedicated to improving and strengthening the eyes' focusing abilities.

It guides you step-by-step, minute-by-minute through a daily series of optical eye exercises and drills that are designed to stimulate and strengthen the eye, redirecting your point of focus and allowing you to regain clear vision, naturally.

Specifically developed for nearsightedness, farsightedness, and astigmatism, the program touts a very high success rate.

The exercises and techniques are designed to strengthen and relax the muscles of your eye just as you would any other weak part of your body, improving your vision and helping you to see clearly -- naturally.

The program is very easy to understand and takes about 25 minutes a day.

After you achieve your desired goals of vision improvement you will need to do some maintenance, between 20 and 40 minutes per week (1 - 2 days) for the first few months.

After that you will only need to perform a session once or twice per month on an as required basis.

If you feel your vision is starting to deteriorate you can begin the program again for years to come.

Vision Exercise Information

Improve Your Vision Naturally Without Glasses, Contacts, or Surgery! Click Here To Find Out More...

Performing a Vision Exercise once or twice per day can drastically Improve Vision.

These days, a lot of people work in front of computers, and when they go home they sit in front of the TV for a few more hours. All of that time staring at one point in space can really do a lot to weaken your eyes and add a lot of tension to the areas around your eyes.

Taking a few minutes to look away from the screen every now and then can Protect Your Eyesight for the future as well as reverse any existing eye conditions you may already have.

Eye Care Exercises can be used for a myriad of conditions, and even though they shouldn't replace regular checkups with an eye doctor, they can help strengthen your eyes and restore Loss of Vision in some circumstances.

If you have any of the following eye conditions, you can benefit from Eyesight Exercises:

Vision exercise has been described as yoga for the eyes. It's relaxing, strengthening, and can sort out multiple medical problems for which most people usually take medication or use corrective lenses.

The following are a few Eye Exercises that you can use on a daily basis, side effect free!

These first exercises will help improve your visual concentration, or the length of time that you can hold your eyes on one spot without breaking concentration.

Look down the bridge of your nose and focus both of your eyes on the tip. Look at it for as long as you can without blinking, and then close your eyes and relax for a minute or two. Repeat this vision exercise several times per day for best results.

Keep your head looking straight ahead and turn your eyes so that they are focusing on your left shoulder. Hold the gaze for as long as possible and then close your eyes, relaxing your eye muscles. Open them again and do the same thing with your right shoulder.

When you are finished with these eye exercises, rest them for a few minutes by placing the palms of your hands over your eyes with your fingers touching your forehead.

To practice your vision memory, try either sitting or lying down comfortably and focus on one object in front of you. Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths, all while continuing to imagine that object in as much detail as possible.

Open your eyes, get your bearings on the object, and then close them again, continuing to “see” the object. This will help you balance out your imagination with your visual focus, allowing you to retain better vision memory.

Try to perform one or several of these exercises each day, and before long you will start to notice a real change. Doing a vision exercise is easy, safe, and effective.

Vision Test Information

Improve Your Vision Naturally Without Glasses, Contacts, or Surgery! Click Here To Find Out More...

Eye doctors to determine the visual acuity of a patient use a Vision Test.

They usually use something called a Snellen Chart, which is a board with rows of numbers that increasingly get smaller as they go down.

If you've ever been to get your eye's examined you probably used one. These tests can be conducted anywhere, even though they're normally done in the doctor's office.

Sometimes an eye doctor will pay special visits to elementary schools or middle schools to do Eyesight Testing of the children there.

If you already wear Prescription Glasses or Contacts, you will need to take them off before starting the Eyesight Test.

The ophthalmologist will then position you in a seated or standing position exactly 20 feet in front of the vision test chart. You start with both eyes open, and then cover one of your eyes with either your hand or a spoon provided by the doctor.

The doctor will ask you to read down the lines of numbers until they are too small for you to see. After you get to the point where you can't read any further, you will be asked to remove your hand from your eye and cover your other eye.

You complete the vision test one more time, allowing the doctor to get accurate readings for both of your eyes.

If you're being tested for glasses or to change your prescription strength, you will use a special machine that has multiple lenses of different strengths that can be slipped down over your eyes.

The ophthalmologist will ask you if number 1 or number 2 is better, and from there go on to a different strength until he finds the strength that allows you to see the best.

When you get the results back from your vision test, they'll be in a fraction, for example 20/20. Most people are familiar with those numbers, or the phrase “20 20 Vision,” but you might not know what they stand for.

The first number simply indicates the distance in feet that you are standing from the chart. It's usually standardized to 20 feet unless it's a special situation.

The second number is how far away an individual with normal eyesight could read the last line you read. Therefore, 20 20 Eyesight is normal vision, but that doesn't mean it's the best vision you could have.

If your doctor tells you that you have 20/40 vision, it means that your vision isn't quite as good as a normal person's. While you have to stand at 20 feet to read a line, a normal person could stand 40 feet away and read the same line.

Vision is usually varied between the eyes, and you may have 20 20 Eyesight in one eye and 20/40 vision in the other eye.

If you go the opposite direction, you may have 20/10 vision, which means that a normal person would have to stand 10 feet away to read something that you can read at 20 feet.

Always Protect Your Eyesight by seeing an Eye Care Professional or Eye Care Specialist for regular checkups.

Vision Therapy Information

Improve Your Vision Naturally Without Glasses, Contacts, or Surgery! Click Here To Find Out More...

Vision Therapy is a treatment technique that is used to correct a lot of common Vision Problems in both children and the elderly.

Some of the issues that can be corrected with therapy are crossed eyes, Double Vision, Blurry Vision, Lazy Eye, and convergence insufficiency.

It mostly consists of a series of Eye Care Exercises that tone and strength the smooth muscle tissue around the eyes, helping them perform better and, in cases of patients with Double Vision, focus more easily.

Vision therapy can also be used for children with visual and special learning disabilities. Sometimes if a child has difficulty learning how to read he may in fact have a Vision Problem that affects his ability to actually read the words, not necessarily comprehend them.

Sometimes the eyes have difficulty tracking, such as following one single line of words across a page, and other times the eyes don't quite function as a team, focusing on different points on the page. The idea behind vision therapy has been around for almost 80 years, and was first seen being practiced in the 1930's.

Most of the time this type of therapy is used for children, but it has applications for adults as well. Aging brings about the slow deterioration of many of the eyes' core processes, and the Eyesight Exercises used in vision therapy can help you Protect Your Eyesight and shield it from age related damage.

In the case of children, a child has to be seen by a doctor before beginning his therapy course. He'll undergo a series of tests that help the doctor pinpoint the source of the visual problem, and from there the program can be more effectively tailored for that child specifically.

They'll test the child's visual perception, eye teaming, tracking, hand-eye coordination, and focusing, and from there they'll have a much better idea of how to proceed with treatment.

This form of therapy is becoming more and more prevalent as ophthalmologists begin to realize that glasses aren't always the solution in children. A lot of times it's a developmental issue that can be treated with the right amount of training – basically the eye didn't grow with sharp focus, and it needs to be trained to behave correctly.

Therapy for vision is nearly always done in-house under the watchful eye of trained physicians. The child will get to know the therapy staff before starting treatment so that he doesn't feel like he's with strangers. Children respond better to learning situations if they are more comfortable, and that's what most vision therapy centers shoot for.

Programs usually last somewhere between three and twelve months, where the child goes in twice a week for hour long sessions. If the problems don't seem to be getting better, the therapy can go on for even longer than 12 months, although this is rare.

Vision Theory can be used to treat adults as well, although it's a lot more common with children. Talk to your eye doctor about the possibility to see what he recommends.

Vision Care Correction - Help To Correct Your Eyesight

Improve Your Vision Naturally Without Glasses, Contacts, or Surgery! Click Here To Find Out More...

Here are some Vision care tips:

In addition to the visual habit patterns, eyesight is influenced by three other factors.

The first is secondary tension

The second is limiting or negative thoughts about vision.

And the third is subconscious memories and past emotional decisions.

All these factors combine in each person differently, so each person's vision care is affected to a different degree by each one.

But it is important to address each one to see what role it has played in your vision.

Let's look at each one closely.

Secondary Tension

Secondary physical tension is any body tension that limits the free movement and functioning of the eyes.

This tension is usually in the upper body – the chest, shoulders, neck, head, face and jaw.

In fact, people with different Problems with Eyesight tend to exhibit different patterns of tension.

Nearsighted Vision people, for example, often hold tension in their upper back, shoulders, and base of the neck as well as right around the eyes.

People with Hyperopia also known as "farsightedness" or "long sightedness", on the other hand, often tend to experience more tension in the front part of the upper body – the chest, throat and jaw areas.

People with Astigmatism are more prone to exhibit twists and imbalances in their posture – as if the distortion of the eye is mirrored in the body.

And those people who have a lack of eye coordination or who see differently out of each eye often mirror that in the body by exhibiting a lack of skilled eye-hand coordination, or by experiencing a variety of differences between the two sides of the body.

Limiting or Negative Thoughts

The next factor that can affect our vision care is limiting and negative thoughts.

“I can't see” is obviously the most commonly used negative statement.

Just think how many times you've said that to yourself – without even really thinking about it – throughout the years – “I can't see”, “I can't see without glasses”, “I can't see that”, “I can't see this”, etc. etc.

Most people who have clear vision care take it for granted.

They don't walk around thinking positive thoughts about their eyes; they just take it for granted.

But if a person has a vision care problem, they start to develop a set of negative thoughts about their eyes.

A whole cluster of negativity about vision care begins then.

Now of course, we all want to be honest with ourselves.

It would be foolish to tell ourselves we can see something when it isn't clear.

But it's very crucial to understand that there is a part of ourselves and our bodies that listens to – and responds to – what we tell ourselves.

Negative thinking tends to reinforce itself.

Try using different phrases instead. “My vision is always improving” or “I'm looking for my vision to change”, or “My vision is becoming clearer and clearer everyday” or “I want to see more”.

These phrases are all just as “true”, in a sense, but they reinforce the possibility of change.

Subconscious Memories and Past Emotional Decisions

Unfortunately, it's not as simple as saying “I want to see” and then having your vision become perfectly clear.

That is an important first step but often, it is the deeper level – what we hold to be true subconsciously that has the most profound affect on how we see.

This is another factor that affects vision.

What is needed on this level is what I call psycho-visual alignment: This combines releasing the inner barriers to seeing, the healing of memories and the alignment of the inner consciousness and the outer desire to see.

To understand how this works, divide your life into two distinct stages – the first stage being the time from when you were born to the time you first noticed a problem with your vision.

The second stage begins when you got your first pair of glasses and continues until now.

This second stage is all after the fact and doesn't have anything to do with whatever may have caused the problem in the first place.

During the first stage, whether it is consciously remembered or not, you had naturally clear vision. (Remember, poor vision is not genetic!)

The Transitional Period Holds the Key

To understand the inner causes of unclear vision care it is necessary to look at what I call the Transitional Period – that period of time – usually a year but it could have been longer – between seeing clearly with natural eyes to first noticing a problem.

This physical change in vision care often follows changes in our own emotional and psychological responses to ourselves – or to the world around us – that become ingrained during this Transitional Period:

Most people can identify a transition in at least one of these three major areas during the Transitional Period.

Personal – changes in self image usually (but not always) accompanied by physical changes during adolescence, reaching puberty or with middle age.

Emotional – changes in significant relationships. (Parents divorce, another child is born or a loved one dies)

Situational – changes in the environment. (Moving to another town and having to make new friends or staying in the same town but switching careers, homes or schools)

Whatever the specific outer changes may have been, what are important are the significant inner changes of feelings, attitudes or perspective and the establishing of limiting emotional patterns.

The emotional and subconscious statement “I don't want to see this part of myself or this problem” is what affects the visual system.

During this Transitional Period a person usually doesn't want to admit to what is being seen, sensed or perhaps even feared.

The message “I don't want to see what is going on” is sent to the subconscious mind.

Often delivered with emotion, this message becomes a command to the mind to develop a more limited pattern of seeing and the Visual Process responds accordingly.

Not wanting to be seen or hiding and protecting oneself from others out of fear or shame can also contribute to the closing and limiting of the visual system.

Vision Disorders Information

Improve Your Vision Naturally Without Glasses, Contacts, or Surgery! Click Here To Find Out More...

Vision Disorders can be varied and caused by a number of different factors, and some of them may not even be directly related to your eyes.

There's a complex system at work inside your head that brings you vision, and it involves dozens of parts of the eye itself; the Optic Nerve, which is the cluster of nerves that deliver the light signals received by your eyes to the visual cortex of the brain; and the brain itself, which is responsible for interpreting those signals and “showing” you the picture that results.

To Protect Your Eyesight, you should schedule checkups with an Eye Care Professional or Eye Care Specialist at least once a year, eat a healthy diet full of leafy greens and colored Vegetables for Eye Health (highly concentrated sources of vitamin A and beta carotene), and possibly even take Vitamin A and Vitamin E Eye Supplements if you feel like your diet is lacking in either of those critical nutrients.

At the first sign of any of the following vision disorders, schedule an appointment with your Eye Care Professional or Eye Care Specialist.

As there are so many factors in vision, the issue may be serious.
